Who we are

W&S Consulting LLC is an AI implementation firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We install AI email automation systems for small businesses — CPAs, mortgage brokers, and contractors. Our website is wandsconsulting.com. You can reach us at edward@wandsconsulting.com.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, and your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential engagement.
• Booking requests: if you schedule a call via our calendar, the booking platform collects your name, email, and preferred time. We receive this so we can show up to the call.
• Usage data: if you accept cookies, we collect anonymized visit data (pages visited, time on page, browser type) via a privacy-respecting analytics tool. We use this to improve the site — nothing more.

We do not collect information from visitors who decline cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party pixel scripts.

What we do not collect — on-prem note

When W&S installs an AI email system for a client, that system runs on hardware located in the client's office. Client email data never passes through W&S servers. Your inbox, your drafts, and your sent mail stay on your hardware under your control. W&S personnel access client systems only for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting — with explicit permission each time.

How we use your information

• To respond to sales inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To send a follow-up email after an initial contact (once, not a drip).
• To notify you of material changes to our services if you are a client.
• To improve our website using aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose unrelated to the engagement you initiated.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes — ever. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our booking platform, our email host) under data processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary. We will disclose information if required by law, but we will notify you first if legally permitted to do so.

Cookies

Our site uses a single first-party cookie to record your consent preference (accept or decline). If you accept, we may set additional analytics cookies. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this domain. No cookie consent = no analytics tracking. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept until the inquiry is resolved, or for up to 24 months if a client relationship develops. Anonymized analytics data has no fixed retention period. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email edward@wandsconsulting.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
